Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Pre-Orders Now Live, 'Extended Cut' Trailer Released

Nintendo’s latest Direct gave us the official announcement of Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, the definitive edition of SMT V, which originally released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch back in 2021. With pre-orders now live, Atlus has dropped a new ‘extended cut’ of the announcement trailer as well as new information on pre-order bonus items.

Unlike the original release, SMT V: Vengeance is releasing on multiple platforms, including the PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Physical editions of the game are available for pre-order on all platforms, while the Digital Deluxe edition is currently available on all aforementioned platforms sans the Nintendo Switch. Digital Deluxe pre-orders for the Switch are said to be announced later on.

Pre-order bonuses include the “Gleam Grenade” and “Haraedo Bead” items which deal damage to enemies and heal the party’s HP, respectively.

The Digital Deluxe edition ($69.99) includes the base game as well as the Mitama Dance of Death, EXP, and Wealth DLC packs and Sakura Cinders of the East and Holy Will and Profane Dissent Demon Subquests.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance launches on June 21.
