Shadows of Doubt has been in Early Access for quite a while, and people can play it via Steam. This game has been developing for years and entered Early Access in 2023. Developed by ColePowered Games and published by Fireshine Games, this sandbox stealth detective game was well received on Steam, receiving a Very Positive rating. In addition, it was also nominated for 'Most Innovative Gameplay' during last year's Steam Awards.

Shadows of Doubt has you playing as a Private Investigator. You must uncover evidence, track down suspects, browse call logs, and much more as you attempt to find a serial killer. The game takes place in a fully sci-fi noir city, where every citizen has their name, job, and information they can give you. The information can either help or hinder you on your journey throughout Shadows of Doubt, and it's up to you to decide how you use it.

Each city you explore is procedurally generated, with citizens having individual routines and apartments you can explore and explore. To continue to fund your efforts searching for a serial killer, you can additionally take on other cases to try and earn some extra cash on the side, which can help you get new gadgets and equipment. You can also use the money you earn to customize your apartment.

Shadows of Doubt lets you play your own way. Whether you want to be as stealthy as possible by picking locks or you want to charm your way in with citizens. Alternatively, you can stick to the law and play it by the book. The choice is completely up to you.
