Seven Final Fantasy games are leaving the PS Plus Game Catalogue next month

Seven games in the Final Fantasy series are leaving the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue next month.

As spotted by Genki_JPN on X and verified by VGC, the on-console PS Plus catalogue’s ‘Last Chance to Play’ section lists 26 games, of which seven are Final Fantasy titles.

Every game is set to leave the Game Catalogue on May 21, after which PS Plus Extra and Premium members will no longer be able to play them as part of their subscription, and will have to buy them to continue.

Other games set to be removed on May 21 include Last Stop, The Messenger, My Friend Pedro, I Am Dead, Absolver and The Artful Escape.

April’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue titles were added today, with new additions including Dave the Diver, The Crew 2, Deliver Us Mars and Lego Marvel’s Avengers.

New additions to the PS Plus Classics Catalogue, which is only available with a PS Plus Premium subscription, include Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare, Star Wars Rebel Assault 2 and MediEvil.
