Rumor: More Persona 6 Details Leak Online

A new batch of details about Persona 6 has leaked online. Now, new whispers delve into the structure of the Persona 6 world and even dare to state a release window for the next installment in the series, which might be closer than players imagine.

Persona 6 has been highly anticipated for quite some time now. Some previous leaks claimed that Persona 6's high school setting is here to stay, while others discussed the shifts to the social link feature. However, the challenge lies in identifying who actually has privileged information and who is just echoing what is being said on the internet.

The user Head on the Block—previously known as I'm a Hero Too before their account was banned—corroborated in a recent post on ResetEra some old Persona 6 rumors and took the opportunity to leak new information. According to Head on the Block, Persona 6 will be a semi-open-world game, is 95% finished, and will be released in 2025. Additionally, the game will apparently come with a ready-made roadmap, offering various DLCs in the upcoming years after the game's release.

A release date of 2025 for Persona 6 isn't out of question, but fans should take the claims with a grain of salt.

On Twitter, another leaker reinforces Head on the Block's information. Known as Midori, the user stated that Persona 6 will maintain its high-school setting and will be revealed in 2024 with temporary exclusivity for the PlayStation 5. In the past, Atlus released Persona 5 exclusively for the PlayStation 3 before releasing it on other platforms. Both have leaked that the developer is preparing a full remake of Persona 4 for the future and a remaster of the Persona 2 duolog
