Rumor: Dragon’s Dogma 2 Could Be Getting a Demo Soon

A demo of the highly-anticipated Capcom RPG Dragon's Dogma 2 could be on the way, according to data discovered within a recent Steam update. Capcom shocked the gaming world in 2022 when it announced the beloved Dragon's Dogma will be receiving a sequel, coming more than 10 years after the original game's launch. The cult-classic RPG had been heavily requested to see a comeback from fans, receiving praise for its combat system and unique «Pawns» mechanic. Now, fans could be getting a chance to try out the sequel soon.

With Dragon's Dogma 2's launch just over a month away, Capcom has given fans plenty of reason to be excited about the franchise's return. Capcom similarly released a demo for the original Dragon's Dogma preceding its 2012 release, with fans speculating the sequel could do the same. Dragon's Dogma 2 is currently scheduled to release on March 22.
