Roblox Fans Should Keep an Eye on March 22

Roblox has teased that something big will happen in The Hunt's hub on Friday, March 22 at 1 pm EST. The Hunt is Roblox's newest event and ends on March 29.

The Hunt began on March 15 and allows fans to play a wide variety of Roblox creations all organized into one hub. The new event features over 80 games with each featuring an earnable Badge, which can be exchanged for exclusive items. While some fans had hoped for the return of the Egg Hunt event, The Hunt's concept sounded like an enjoyable alternative. However, following its launch, Roblox's The Hunt drew criticism from fans due to lackluster rewards and time-consuming progression. Fortunately, it seems that developer Roblox Corporation has more planned before The Hunt wraps later this month.

The Roblox Twitter account posted a message saying «See you in The Hunt hub on Friday at 10AM PST» with an eyes emoji, suggesting something significant is coming to the event on March 22. Included in the tweet was a 15-second teaser showing blue lines spreading and interlocking. The nature of The Hunt's approaching update remains vague but has naturally created tons of speculation, with fans not agreeing on any single idea. Some sarcastically mused that Roblox was simply teasing the release of another expensive bundle, while others wondered if The Hunt would receive a new wave of games. For now, fans have to wait until March 22 or another announcement to find out more.

Originally, Roblox fans had high hopes for the event's launch, with some theorizing the return of the previously mentioned Egg Hunt event. Last seen in 2020, Egg Hunt gave players the opportunity to unlock rare items. Since The Hunt's rewards turned out to be a bit disappointing, some fans hope that the March 22 update will allow players to unlock rare items in one way or another.
