PS1-Style Horror Game Coming to Xbox on May 9

British developer SFB Games has released the Xbox announcement trailer for Crow Country, giving fans a more detailed look at the PS1-style horror gaming releasing May 9 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Steam. Retro horror video games remain among the most popular titles for fans of spooky gaming content, and Crow Country looks to scratch the nostalgia itch for horror aficionados.

Puzzles and riddles will block the path to finding the truth, and players will have to put their skills to the test to uncover the horrifying truth buried within Crow Country. Featuring fixed camera angles, a sinister atmosphere, and deadly creatures, Crow Country looks to provide horror fans with an old-school experience similar to games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill while offering a «compelling tale of reckless hubris and human greed.»

The Xbox announcement trailer for Crow Country gives fans a solid look at what to expect in this throwback aesthetic horror game. Players will be able to uncover a gruesome mystery while solving various puzzles, battling grotesque monsters, managing limited resources, and avoiding the deception of the eerily whimsical surroundings.
