Pokémon TCG Stellar Crown Hit Rate Revealed By YouTuber After Opening 1000 Packs

Now that is available for everyone, avid players are doing what they do best by crunching numbers and figuring out what fans can expect from their packs. When it comes to calculating the Hit Rate of a set, it's best to measure against a decent baseline of at least 1,000 packs, which is generally enough to guarantee a handful of each sought-after rarity. Certain expansions feature more cards which ultimately affects the Hit Rate but with being a smaller set, the stats aren't too shabby.

Posted to YouTube by content creator Clovr Cards, the channel opened 1,000 packs to calculate 's Hit Rate, providing insight into certain cards' rarity.

Full Art Pokémon and Full Art Trainers comprised 6.6% of the collection as Clovr Cards opened 66 Ultra Rare cards. Surprisingly, Illustration Rares, which are generally considered to be more valuable than the categories mentioned above, had a hit rate of 7.6%, making them slightly more common than the Ultra Rares; it's likely this statistic is simply a fluke and Clovr Cards managed to be very lucky.

Most players would be happy to pull anything as rare as a Full Art Pokémon or Full Art Trainer, but Clovr Cards went one step further by demonstrating the Hit Rate of even more coveted cards. When it came to Special Illustration Rares, which include Alternate Art Pokémon ex and Trainers, the player pulled 49, making their Hit Rate 4.9%. Finally, Hyper Rares, otherwise known as Gold Cards which are considered to be the most scarce in the game, had a Hit Rate of only 0.8%, meaning only eight within 1,000 packs were found.

Building upon the foundation, has been well-received by the community. The set is notable for introducing Stellar Tera Pokémon ex which takes notable pocket monsters and Terrastalizes them, granting unique abilities and moves. The added power is great for decks looking for an anchor, but they also require multiple Energy types, making them more expensive and risky to play.
