Reddit user Sausagewatericecube can attest to that fact, having just recently realized that the Savanna Plaza in the southern corner of the zone is shaped like a giant frying pan. Hundreds of people later voted to send their discovery to the front page of the r/PokemonScarletViolet subreddit, with that development signaling many fans had been unaware of this interesting detail—as obvious as it might appear—up until now.

The plaza's design is a possible reference to Crispin, a student of the Blueberry Academy introduced in the latest Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC. Namely, Game Freak's design for this character includes a familiar-looking frying pan that is meant to reflect his expertise with Fire-type pocket monsters. The fact that a Fire Tera Shard can be found underneath the square is another strong indicator that the location's likeness to Crispin's frying pan was very much a deliberate choice.
