It was previously possible for GO Fest 2024 ticketholders to use the promo code GOFEST2024 to get one Premium Battle Pass and one Incubator whenever they made a purchase on the web store, but that has now expired.
The only way to redeem promo codes in is to visit the game's official web store. After clicking the link, look for the 'Offer Redemption' button at the top of the page. Click this, and you'll be taken to the right page, where you can sign in to your account and enter a promo code. Finally, hit the 'Apply' button to claim your rewards.
Make sure you sign in with the same credentials you use to play on your mobile device, or your rewards might not be delivered to the right account.
