Jigglypuff's evolution Wigglytuff is a top-tier Charm user in the Great League, making it a massive threat to Dark-type, Fighting-type, and Dragon-type opponents. Inkay's evolution, Malamar, is also a great Pokémon to have in your collection in case the Psychic Cup returns to the GO Battle League in the future.
