Pokemon Fan Designs Incredible Mega Evolutions for Kalos Starters

A talented Pokemon fan has created Mega Evolutions for Delphox, Greninja, and Chesnaught. Mega Evolutions are back at the center of conversation among Pokemon fans after the Pokemon Day announcements made this year. With the return of one of Pokemon players' favorite gimmicks, fans wasted no time in making fan art imagining Mega Evolutions for Pokemon that don't yet have one.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A announcement has become sort of nostalgic for two reasons. Firstly, Pokemon Legends: Z-A will revisit Kalos, showing how the setting of Pokemon Gen 6 games looked in the past. Secondly, the game will bring back Mega Evolutions, temporary transformations that change the forms and base stats of Pokemon by using Mega Stones. The Pokemon community has been very excited about Mega Evolutions appearing again in a new game. To celebrate, a Pokemon fan has created impressive Mega Evolutions for one of the trio of starters.

Twitter user OnduRegion created Mega Evolutions for Greninja, Delphox, and Chesnaught, re-imagining the Pokemon X and Y starters with new appearances. Mega Greninja has the red markings of Ash's Greninja on its head, and instead of the traditional blue, Mega Evolution gives it a black and blue body. Mega Delphox takes on a majestic look, with its robe-like fur becoming more elaborate, with the fur around its neck and some parts of its body in purple tones. The stick, which Delphox uses as a magic wand, turns into a kind of staff with a large red flame. Mega Chesnaught gives the Pokemon impressive armor, protecting its back, face, and fist, which gains spiked gauntlets.

To accompany the fan art, the artist created information such as skills, base stats, and Pokedex entries for the Mega Evolutions. Greninja's Dex entry says that it can manipulate the surrounding humidity to create weapons and generate a water clone, and its stats would place it among the Pokemon with the highest attack.
