Pokemon Fan Creates Impressive Acrylic Painting of Jolteon

A Pokemon fan made an incredible acrylic painting of Jolteon and shared their efforts on social media with a short, sped-up video of the creative process. Following the video post, other fans complimented the Pokemon fan artist, who stated that the painting reminded them of other art styles.

Known as the Lightning Pokemon, Jolteon first appeared in Pokemon Red and Blue as the Electric-type evolution of Eevee. As one of the first three Eeveelutions in the series, Jolteon has a yellow body and multiple electrified spikes throughout its fur coat, which makes its design stand out compared to most Electric Pokemon. Once the Lightning Pokemon took shape, machineking90 switched to dark brown paint and used a thin acrylic brush to draw Jolteon's ears, mane, and eyes. The rest of Jolteon's spiked mane was then painted in with some white paint, and the OP added some blue paint as part of the background.

The OP then added more definition to Jolteon's tail and ears and used a mix of dark-colored paints to finish out the background. With a sharp contrast in colors that made
