is a turn-based JRPG that takes players through a neon-soaked Tokyo and characters' psyches by combating enemies through various methods, including showtime attacks. These special attacks allow a pair of party members to team up in a flashy super-attack unique to the specific pair.

Fortunately, the way to unlock Showtime Attacks is simply by playing through the main story until you reach the point where they are introduced. These attacks will be first encountered in the third Palace, Kaneshiro's. Unlike traditional moves, Showtime Attacks do significant damage without the cost of either SP or HP, making them valuable in a pinch.

Since the year itself is insignificant in most games, the only time measurement to worry about is your month and day deadlines. Each Showtime Attack unlock is linked to a specific corresponding event in the story, which means they will not become available until that specified date has been reached, and the Phantom Thieves meet up at their hideout. There are a variety of things that can trigger these moves in combat, but players will be notified if it is available.

While Showtimes are used by two specific party members, they are both not required to be part of the active party for the move to be used. Instead, only one of the pair needs to be active in your party for the option to trigger, allowing you more freedom in designing your team.
