A Dead by Daylight and Five Nights at Freddy's collaboration was just announced, something I am shocked has taken this long to happen

If you asked me to name a handful of major horror videogames, Dead by Daylight and Five Nights at Freddy's would undoubtedly be two of the first names to leave my mouth despite never playing either one. The former has cemented itself as one of the most popular asymmetrical multiplayer games, while the latter rewired the brains of teenagers and Twitch streamers alike. Hell, even we scored it 80% in our Five Nights at Freddy's review.

Mollie Taylor - Yakuza producer still won't put Kiryu in a goddamn fighting game, or possibly any future videogame for that matter: 'I think going cross-medium is the better way to go about it' - pcgamer.com

Yakuza producer still won't put Kiryu in a goddamn fighting game, or possibly any future videogame for that matter: 'I think going cross-medium is the better way to go about it'

Despite Kazuma Kiryu spending smacking people across the face with his fists and throwing whole-ass motorbikes at them, he's still shied away from guest-starring in any fighting games. That's largely down to original series creator Toshihiro Nagoshi telling Red Bull back in 2020 that he didn't want to see Kiryu attacking any women.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP's release date has been bumped up, plus a price tag reveal that's raised a few eyebrows

It's good news for western Lollipop Chainsaw fans, as the release date for upcoming remaster RePOP has been brought forward in America and Europe. Originally set to release on September 25, it'll now launch almost two weeks earlier, on September 12. It's a pleasant surprise, especially considering the game was actually supposed to release a year ago butwas delayed until this summer.

Final Fantasy 14 hunter spent 3 days collectively losing their minds trying to spawn a monster with sunglasses, mass crying sessions, and alpacas… only to find out they just needed to wait

S-Rank hunts in Final Fantasy 14 are funny little things. Each S-Rank monster comes with specific spawn conditions, some of which are awfully niche. Want to spawn Armstrong, a monster from Endwalker? Whack on some gear you pick up from a level 46 quest in A Realm Reborn, die in a specific spot and hope he turns up. Spawning Salt and Light requires you to discard items from your inventory 50 times, a painfully tedious process.

Tekken 8 director spends months insisting 'Heihachi Mishima is completely dead' before giggling and unveiling him as the newest DLC character anyway

"Heihachi Mishima… is dead." The line Tekken fans have now heard in-game twice, along with director Katsuhiro Harada spending the last few months insisting that The King of Iron Fist was well and truly gone.

Final Fantasy 14 stuck a hat on a pig and got me to buy over $20 worth of boba for it like the fool I am

When it comes to real-world meatspace collaborations with Final Fantasy 14, the UK (and to an extent, Europe) usually gets left out while Japan and the States get to party with the likes of KFC, Mountain Dew, and GrubHub. I've led a sad, Mountain Zu and /eatchicken-less existence, but now Square Enix has finally tossed us English folk a bone with its latest collaboration.

Overwatch has managed to snag a whopping 100 million players in 8 years and is slapping your terrible K/D ratio into a fun montage to celebrate

It's hard to believe that Overwatch came out a whole-ass eight years ago. I was still a young and spry college student, blissfully unaware of just how little time I had left to comfortably enjoy hunching over a monitor for 10+ hours playing a Korean streamer in a giant mech.

Yoshi-P is just as confused about Final Fantasy 14 players being horny for a two-headed lizard as I am: 'I would never have guessed this'

By some miracle, I successfully went the entirety of Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail without wanting to bone the giant two-headed lizard man Bakool Ja Ja. A surprising feat considering just how many players seem to be down bad for him, somehow putting him on the same level as folk like moody bad boy Emet Selch and goofy gluttonous catboy G'raha Tia.
