Palworld Sold 6 Million Units in 4 Days, Passes 1.5 Million Concurrent Steam Players; PureDark’s FSR3 Mod Out

Palworld just keeps going on an absolutely incredible ride toward the top. The 'Pokémon with guns' survival crafting game released last Friday by Japanese developer Pocketpair has now sold six million units in just four days. It has also surpassed 1.5 million concurrent Steam players, inching ever closer to the second spot on the all-time chart. Counter-Strike 2 managed 1.8 million nine months ago, around the time of its launch, but it's a free-to-play game. Moreover, at this rate, Palworld could very well blaze past it during the next weekend.

Of course, unlike Counter-Strike 2, Pocketpair's game is also available through other venues, including the Microsoft Store, Xbox, and Game Pass. That's how the game's overall concurrent peak has reached 1.7 million players, according to the studio.

As usual with PureDark's mods, you'd have to subscribe to his Patreon to get access. The modder also clarified he hasn't added DLSS 3 yet because Palworld already runs at a high frame rate on GeForce RTX 40 graphics cards, which are the only ones capable of utilizing NVIDIA's frame generation method.

Going back to the game itself, Pocketpair has shared an update on some of the issues that players have encountered during their time in Palworld:

The development team is aware of serious bugs that are
