Palworld seemingly teases PS5 version

Palworld‘s community manager has seemingly teased a PS5 version of the game.

Posting to X, Palworld community manager Bucky posted a message seemingly hinting that the popular monster collecting game could come to PlayStation.

The message, which you can read below, shows the word Palworld surrounded by black, green, and white emojis. These colors are typically associated with Xbox, the only console that the game is currently available on. The game was also released on Steam via Early Access.

“I want to add more hearts, but not sure what colour would fit…hmm…how about…” Bucky wrote before adding a blue heart. Blue is the primary branding colour for PlayStation.

“Looks good I think!” Bucky teased, suggesting a port for the game could be on the way.

Released in January via Steam Early Access and Xbox Game Preview, Palworld attracted 25 million players in its first month, according to Pocketpair.

In March, Pocketpair CEO Takuro Mizobe said the company was in talks to bring Palworld to additional platforms.

He also said Pocketpair would be open to considering offers for partnership or acquisition, but that the company hasn’t engaged in buyout talks with Microsoft.

According to Microsoft, Palworld enjoyed the biggest third-party Game Pass launch to date.
