They put a lot of stairs on the mountain ledges, which are in the shape of shelves, to move between levels. It looks like the player colonized this resourceful place and used their smaller Pals to mine coal and metal. With the monster-catching game still in early access, Palworld is still missing some quality-of-life features that would make base-building more fun.
