Palworld Leak All But Confirms It's Release On A New Console

's time in the spotlight may have come to an end but those who managed to miss the game thanks to its Xbox console exclusivity will be delighted by this recent leak. The open-world survival game that took heavy inspiration from proved to be a smash hit in early 2024, quickly rising to the top of the charts on both Steam and Xbox. Developer PocketPair has done a commendable job of keeping the dedicated player base invested, but it's about to open the doors to an entirely new audience.

It's worth noting that with the event still a few weeks away the list could be altered, but aside from official confirmation from PocketPair, this is about as official as one can expect from an online leak. Bringing to PlayStation 5 could be the shot in the arm the game needs. While it may not elevate the player numbers back to what they once were in February 2024, introducing a new community to the survival experience will bring some life back to the experience. Of course, it remains to be seen whether this strategy works out in the long term but PocketPair has managed to curate and support a decent community without the PS5.
