One Spot On Farosh's Path In Zelda: TOTK Makes Farming Dragon Parts Easy

The physics system that's used for Link's new Ultrahand ability is smooth and not like any systems he's used in the past. However, one particular system uses items in ways that destroy them, so having a steady supply of strong items to work with becomes important, especially against tougher enemies and bosses. Considering that weapons are subject to a durability system, Link goes through a lot of items throughout the duration of his journey to save Hyrule once more.

Ultrahand wasn't the only new ability that gave Link through his new arm. Another incredibly useful ability the arm gave Link is Fuse, which he can use to attach items to weapons, making them stronger and giving them additional abilities. However, the drawback is that Fuse Materials are destroyed if Link tries to remove them, and they are destroyed after a certain number of uses in combat, which varies depending on the individual Fuse Materials. That means that Link needs a steady supply of materials in order to replace the broken items and keep the strength of his weapons and shields high.

Naturally, the items that Link can grab from dragons and use as Fuse Materials tend to be highly powerful. And that means that they're more difficult to farm compared to normal items like Fire Fruit, which can be easily harvested in abundance, considering Link can grab more than one from each tree. Each dragon has a different element associated with it, and the items Link collects from each dragon reflect those elements when used as Fuse Materials. And that makes dragon farming in incredibly beneficial.

One popular dragon to farm items from is Farosh, and this is because the items gathered from him aren't limited to being used as Fuse Materials. His claw, particularly, is used as an armor upgrade material for both the Fierce Deity Boots and Cap of the Wild. Otherwise, when used as Fuse Materials, items from Farosh tend to add Lightning
