There are two ways to unlock Tom & Jerry in: Fighter Currency or Gleamium. Fighter Currency is a type of currency you can unlock through many methods.

You can acquire Fighter Currency by playing through Rifts, progressing your Fighter Mastery, or by completing Daily Challenges, which boasts Fighter Currency as the reward. On the other hand, Gleamium is the premium micro currency in, which costs real money to acquire, but this can be the fastest way to unlock Fighters in the game.

Completing Rifts at different difficulty levels is the best way to farm Fighter Currency in.
