MultiVersus Marvin The Martian Guide: Costumes, Perks, Moves & How To Unlock

The platform fighting of features many different characters whose moves you can use to knock out opponents, including the anti-hero Marvin the Martian and his intergalactic arsenal. Marvin thrives off spreading chaos through their many projectiles, controlling space, and making it hard for his rivals to retaliate. You can even modify and strengthen existing skills by unlocking his signature perks.

From multiple shorts and the movies, Marvin the Martian has always been depicted as an alien with many gadgets and gizmos geared toward destruction. Unlike close-range brawler characters such as Shaggy in , Marvin stays away from others while trying to activate various weapons. The unpredictable nature of Marvin's tools can be hard for your opponents to anticipate during a fight.

MultiVersus is back with its full game launch, with many technical changes and updates that could help give it an edge against the competition.

Like many platform fighters, Marvin's moves change depending on what directional buttons you press and whether the character is in the air during a fight. Everyone has special moves and basic attacks with Neutral, Side, Down, and Up versions in. It would help if you were careful as you move and jump around a stage to stay aware of what direction you are inputting and how it relates to the motion whose move you want to activate.

Marvin the Martian has a Passive ability in addition to his basic Attacks and Special Moves where he can walk while crouching, allowing you to avoid attacks while still retaining some mobility around a stage.

As shown in the video above by YouTube creator NAKAT, many of Marvin's moves revolve around projectiles. These long-range attacks can frequently be charged by holding down the button used to activate them, as long as you correctly start the move using the right directional input. Changing the time you release a charged move makes it harder for your opponent to parry in ' frantic combat.
