Minecraft Player Builds Incredible Separatist Starship From Star Wars
A Minecraft player has crafted a massive scale model of the Munificent-Class Star Frigate, a ship from Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith. The dedicated Minecraft and Star Wars fan mapped out, designed, and built the humongous Separatist ship, sharing their impressive creation online. The ship is incredibly large in scale and is a 1:1 representation of the frigate featured in the Star Wars prequels.
Large creations are not new for Minecraft, with players often utilizing their creativity and Minecraft's excellent assortment of tools to build some jaw-dropping structures. From large cities to richly detailed castles, Minecraft players continue to stun and impress with each new creation. The impressive build is one part of a massive fleet of Star Wars ships, which includes seven Starfighters and eight larger ships. The builder, Reddit user kacperkkl, explained that they attempted to make every ship on a 1:1 scale, meaning some ships are absolutely gigantic. The player teased that despite the sheer size and scale of this ship, it's actually one of their smaller ships in the fleet. Regardless, this Munificent-Class Star Frigate is huge and requires the builder to fly far away using Minecraft's Creative mode controls in order to even capture an image of the entire ship.
The ship, which is one of many from the Star Wars universe, features an imposing exterior and a unique paint job, both of which are faithfully recreated in Minecraft. The Munificent-Class Star Frigate is just as stunning with the lights turned off, with the builder showing off an impressive array of Glowstone and Sea Lanterns throughout the build. The builder did not disclose how long it took to create this ship, but it undoubtedly was a huge time commitment.
