Last Epoch: How To Get Omnis (& What It's For)

One of the rarest items you can get in is the Omnis Amulet, a unique gear piece dropped by a boss. Whether you are fighting enemies with other players or traveling on your own, special artifacts like this Amulet can be a great way to make your character stronger. Nearly any class build can use the Omnis as a powerful tool to overcome a variety of challenges.

Similar to the Peak of the Mountain Helm in , the Omnis Amulet is found when you defeat a certain boss. Every boss has uncommon items that you can collect after its defeat, but there is a random chance of specific loot appearing. You may have to beat the boss multiple times to get the Amulet to spawn, even if you are facing it at a higher level of Corruption difficulty.

You can find the Omnis Amulet by defeating the Shade of Orobyss boss at 200 Corruption or more in. The higher the Shade's Corruption, the better chance you have at receiving the Amulet as an uncommon drop from beating the creature. This mini-boss is encountered at Echo of A World nodes that exist as part of the Monolith of Fate endgame activities after the end of the main campaign.

Try to keep the Shade of Orobyss' Corruption between 200 and a suitable height for you to face in battle. Even if you have an extremely strong character, such as the best Paladin build in , you might struggle to beat this boss if its difficulty is too great.

Completing Monoliths will allow you to unlock Empowered Monoliths, which will feature the Shade once again as a boss. This version of the boss will have a better chance to drop the Omnis Amulet, but this enemy will be a suitable challenge. Unlike using Dungeon Keys in to open the paths to bosses, you'll have to work your way up to the version of the Shade that drops the item you want.
