iPhone 16 Launch Event To Take Place On September 10 As Apple Gears Up To Announce A Plethora Of Product Upgrades

We have previously speculated that Apple plans to host its big iPhone 16 launch event on September 10, where it will also see fit to announce new Apple Watch models alongside the AirPods 4. However, there were no concrete details available on Apple's plans regarding the time frame but now, a solid source claims that the company is planning to launch the iPhone 16 and Apple Watch Series 10 on September 10.

Apple's iPhone 16 launch event could take place on September 10

Apple typically hosts its iPhone event in the first half of September, and this year could be no different than before. As per information obtained from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple will announce the iPhone 16 series and Apple Watch Series 10 on September 10. After the event, the devices are slated to launch on September 20th, which is when we can expect the company to release the new iOS 18 update to the general public as the build will finally move out of the beta phase.

Note that these are mere speculations at this stage, and the final word rests with Apple, but do consider that the source is quite credible, and there are high chances the event will be held on September 10. A few days ago, fake news surfaced on the internet about a designer making a fake Apple invite with the tagline "Ready. Set. Capture." Coincidentally, the date mentioned on the fake invite was September 10, which was a lucky guess.

Apple typically hosts its iPhone events on September 10, based on past trends, and this year, it could be the same. The company plans to announce the new iPhone 16 lineup with major changes, including a vertical camera setup with Action Button on all four models of the series. Additionally, a new Capture Button will also be available on the entire lineup as Apple aims to extend the video capabilities of the iPhone. USB-C will be coming to the standard models with support for Spatial Video
