The Power fist is essentially a pneumatic battering ram in glove form, and it delivers powerful punches with the option to upgrade it further with a puncturing modification to penetrate armor and a heating coil to deal energy damage. When combined with the Iron Fist Strength perk, these punching attacks can do far more damage as well.

On his channel, Jairus of All has a whole series of videos in which he tries using it to punch through various objects, starting with the likes of fruit and veg, then concrete blocks, and even doors in a Breaking and Entering-specific video.
