Iconic Dragon Ball Z Transformations Finally Confirmed For Sparking! Zero

Bandai Namco has dropped a Fused Warriors trailer for , highlighting the many fusions that have occurred across the popular anime/manga. The inclusions to the robust roster feature not only recent additions from but also a trio of classic fusion characters from .

The trailer from Bandai Namco Europe's YouTube channel starts with battles featuring Caulifa and Kid Trunks, alongside their eventual fusion counterparts of Kale and Goten. Inevitably, they come together to fuse to create Kefla and Gotenks. A heated battle ensues, showing off the differing styles of the fusions, including their different attacks and personalities.

Then, the trailer shifts to the arrival of the two fusions of Goku and Vegeta: Gogeta and Vegito. The two legendary fusions square off with one another before getting interrupted by Fused Zamasu. In their fight, Gogeta and Vegito are seen increasing their power by going Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Blue.

Dragon Ball hasn't had any success in the live-action space, but a new set of cosplay photos sees Trunks get a real world look that does him justice.

The first instance of fusion occurred in the movie , where Goku and Vegeta used the Fusion Dance to create the form of Gogeta and defeat the villain Janemba. The movie came out in March 1995, and then in June 1995, the anime debuted the episode Union of Rivals. The episode took place during the Buu Saga and featured Goku and Vegeta coming together via the Potara Earrings to create Vegito. During that same arc, Goten and Kid Trunks come together through Fusion Dance to fight Buu with their fused form of Gotenks.

Those three fusions became key parts of the franchise, including being featured in several video games and even being used in other films and series.
