I'm Thrilled One Of Genshin Impact 5.0’s Biggest Natlan Leaks Isn’t True

A recent update on one of 5.0’s biggest Natlan leaks hints at the information being incorrect from the start, and I am thrilled about it. Natlan is the next major Nation to arrive to the action RPG by HoYoverse. Aside from an entirely new explorable region and an expanding roster of characters, the game will also see several updates, some of which have already been highly leaked, like the leaked level update in ’s Natlan. Other leaks have been mostly focused on the new playable units and their respective gameplay kits.

There had been leaks about three playable characters in Version 5.0, which was then confirmed by the developer. Their gameplay abilities, rarities, and preferred weapon type have not yet been officially revealed, though all this information has been shared through leaks. Kinich, for instance, is a 5-star Dendro claymore user, whereas Mualani is a 5-star Hydro catalyst character, according to the leaks. Now, even more Natlan characters in have been revealed, though they were heavily criticized by the community due to the lack of racial representation and accusations of whitewashing in their designs.

Genshin Impact and the developer HoYoverse are being heavily criticized by the community following the reveal of the upcoming characters from Natlan.

While the initial rumors were that Natlan’s release would implicate in the game having its character level cap increased to 100, a new update on that information has allegedly debunked the leak. According to information obtained by the leaker known as Foul, which was then shared in a post tagged as “” on Reddit,the character level cap will not be increased to level 100, as was previously stated by Foul themselves. If this is true, this means that all characters will only be upgradable to level 90 in, the way that they currently are.

Foul has a mixed track record of leak predictions, often being accurate in some aspects and incorrect in others.
