How To Refund A Game On Nintendo Switch

Since its release on March 3, 2017, the has amassed quite a library of games. Some are exclusives, while others can be found on other platforms and systems. While plenty of popular AAA and well-known titles are available, there are even more indie games. Players also have the choice of purchasing physical copies or digital.

Not all Switch players are confident in whether the game will run smoothly on the Switch, which may deter them from purchasing. After all, video games aren’t always cheap, with new games costing, on average, $69.99. That’s a lot of money for people to spend on a game they aren’t sure will work. That’s what refunds are for.

Many players don’t know that refunds through the eShop are available. It has been suggested in the past that doesn’t offer refunds for digital purchases, but that’s not always the case. If you read refund policy, you’ll see that refunds are not accepted for mistaken purchases. However, if your purchase is not a mistake, and you’re experiencing technical glitches or unable to play the game at all – because, let's face it, some games just don't belong on the Nintendo Switch – there’s still hope.
