They designed a concept inspired by the collectible card game Shadowverse, and it looks like an overhauled real-time combat view screen can help players keep track of buffs and other effects on their units. Instead of just stacking effects under each other, Honkai: Star Rail's real-time combat viewer should give more information about them, such as who they are coming from.
The concept suggests there is no need for a banner-wide image on the screen. Instead, the major part of the screen can be used to show valuable details on buffs and debuffs, including how many rounds they will end.
