Honkai Star Rail 2.3 Leaks: New Characters Come With Brand-New Easter Eggs

Some new 2.3 character leaks have emerged ahead of the patch’s release later in June if there are no delays to the game’s regular schedule. Every six weeks, the turn-based RPG by HoYoverse gets a new update that adds new playable content to the title, either in the form of new characters or quests and various other activities. Version 2.3 is the next update lined up for release, following the release of the successful 2.2, which brought an end to the main Penacony campaign quests and introduced Robin and Boothill as playable units.

Although the main story quests in Penacony have come to a conclusion and the Astral Express’ goals are set toward their next mysterious destination, there are still many things to be added to the game before that happens. Players have already had a glimpse of future content with the confirmation of two new playable characters in Version 2.3. Firefly will finally become playable with her Sam suit in a DPS role, while Jade will make her debut as a character. These two confirmed characters for 2.3 will allegedly bring a whole new set of Easter eggs.

There are fresh rumors about a new 5-star Light Cone that could be given out for free during an upcoming event leaked in Honkai: Star Rail 2.3.

While most attention is usually focused on characters’ abilities in battle, story quests, and events, some leaks tend to highlight minor updates to the game, and a recent one shows some new Achievements that will be added with the new characters. According to information obtained by the leaker known as HomDGCat, then shared in a post tagged as “” on Reddit, there will be six new Achievements in Version 2.3, which will be obtainable in certain battles that are directly linked to Firefly and Jade. All these Achievements are detailed in the 2.3 leaks post.

The first four listed Achievements in the leak are directly linked to Firefly. The first one, which does not yet have a translated name in the leak, is unlockable by having Firefly face Kafka in battle
