Gran Turismo 7 Releases Update 1.43

The update also introduces more World Circuits, adding three new races: Laguna Seca, Tsukuba Circuit, and Suzuka Circuit, all of which have three laps.

There’s plenty of new content besides cars and races, too. Examples include the Bvlgari brand added to the game’s Museum, the addition of an Extra Menu with a Lamborghini collection, and the introduction of five new engine swaps with Japanese cars. Apart from these content upgrades, the update also makes small changes to localization and fixes a few issues that were still around.
