Genshin Impact Announces Version 4.5 Special Program

Genshin Impact officially announces the premiere date for its Version 4.5 Special Program, revealing all the new details about the game's next update later this week. The HoYoverse RPG's «Special Program» broadcasts have become a highly-anticipated part of the game's development cycle, with the developer revealing new information about the next update in advance of its release. Genshin Impact's ongoing Version 4.4 brought plenty of new content to the game, including new characters Xianyun and Gaming and new areas to explore. The Version 4.5 update will welcome one new cast member to Genshin Impact's roster, introducing the Inazuma character Chiori to the game. Chiori was confirmed to be joining the game as a five-star Geo Sword character, after being rumored for months ahead of her reveal and first appearing during Version 4.3's «Muskets and Roses» event. Now, fans will soon learn more about everything coming alongside Chiori's launch.

Genshin Impact officially announced the date and time for its Version 4.5 Special Program on Tuesday evening. The post confirms that the Genshin Impact Special Program will air later this week, scheduled for Friday, March 1 with a 7:00 A.M. EST start time. The teaser image used for the Special Program features new character Chiori, Kirara, and Sucrose, both suggesting those characters' voice actors will host the Special Program and potentially hinting at Version 4.5's re-runs.
