Genshin Impact 4.7 Leaks: New Artwork Hints At Answers To A Huge Mystery

A huge mystery in may finally get answers, as hinted by an alleged piece of artwork featured in Version 4.7 leaks. The next patch is still weeks away, as Version 4.6 has just barely arrived, bringing forth a plethora of new playable content. This includes the playable version of Arlecchino in , a new area in Fontaine, extra story quests, and a lot more. Nevertheless, with Version 4.7’s tests starting to occur, a lot of its planned content has started to leak, offering glimpses at what players can expect in early June.

A new piece of information obtained by DimBreath, shared in a post tagged as “” on Reddit, showcases what may be artwork for a Version 4.7 banner on the events page. The art features the Traveler twins, Aether and Lumine, lying next to each other on a patch of grass, with Dainsleif far in the distance looking back at them. In the allegedly leaked art, Aether is just awakening, while Lumine appears to be sleeping. Their exact location in is impossible to determine, but there is a large tree in the distance, as well as a floating island.

The artwork itself is enigmatic, but the elements it portrays open up several possibilities. The first detail to notice is that both siblings lack any kind of elemental attunement. With both of them unaligned to the elements, this likely represents a time before the events of the game itself. There is a chance that both of them were teleported to this location by the Unknown God at the start of the story who separated both. It is confirmed that the Abyss Twin in had adventured alongside Dainsleif prior to becoming an antagonist.
