Gamer Turns Their PS5 Into a Portable Tablet That Can Play PlayStation Games

A popular YouTuber turned their Sony PlayStation 5 into a fully-fledged gaming tablet. The custom portable device ended up being significantly smaller than even the slim version of Sony's current generation game console, all while performing at spec and generating less noise than a gaming laptop.

The Sony PS5 is one of the most powerful consoles available right now, giving people the ability to play the most modern AAA titles for as low as $399. One YouTube user even claimed that the form factor DIY Perks' tablet used should be seriously considered in the future, but the content creator pointed out in his video that no one knows if such devices would actually sell well. While there has been an influx of powerful handheld Windows gaming PCs in the market following the success of Valve's Steam Deck,
