Gamer Shows Off Impressive Collection of Xbox 360 Consoles and Controllers

An Xbox 360 fan shared photos of his collection of consoles and controllers, including several special editions decked out in alternate art or colors dedicated to a promoted game. The Xbox 360 products are in fantastic condition in the photographs, and exemplify the tradition of cosmetic variety in video game consoles.

Xbox 360 is Microsoft's second home console, released in 2005. The Xbox 360 would go on to compete with the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii in retail sales. Since then, the console has sold over 80 million units worldwide. Players can still buy Xbox 360 games through the Xbox Store.

The collection also includes two of the Halo Xbox 360 Special Editions — the Halo 3 and Halo 4 Special Editions.

Halo 3's console is designed similar to a Spartan uniform, with military green skin and shiny gold finish on the disc tray. The Halo 4 console, on the other hand, has a transparent dark enclosure with the same design as the game's box art, with the controller sporting the same.

NeoGamerGuy states his intention to continue to grow his collection. Some comments call out more Special Edition consoles to look for, including Gears of War an
