Fallout 76 Reveals New Update

Fallout 76 detailed a new update coming on January 30 that will implement bug fixes and launch the Burning Love event. Additionally, Fallout 76 PC players can now try out the Atlantic City: America's Playground expansion on the game's Public Test Servers.

Fallout 76 saw plenty of changes throughout 2023, including a new region, new enemies, and more. After being released in 2018, the game has gone through its fair share of peaks and valleys, but Bethesda remains dedicated to the post-apocalyptic RPG multiplayer game. Fallout 76's next expansion, Atlantic City: America's Playground, launches on March 26 and will allow players to explore more of the famous city following the previous Atlantic City: Boardwalk Paradise expansion. However, some fans won't have to wait until March to jump into Fallout 76's newest DLC.

Fallout 76 announced that Steam users can try out Atlantic City: America's Playground on the game's Public Test Servers. Additionally, the previously announced Burning Love event will go live on January 30 alongside some bug fixes that will address issues like missing Radiation Resistances for X-01 Power Armor, missing crafting plans, Jewelry Flair Display issues, and more. To implement this update, Fallout 76 will temporarily go offline on January 30 at 10 am ET. The Valentines-themed Burning Love event will give users a free Hot Rod Pink Flamer skin, which players can use to complete Burning Love weekly challenges. Completing these challenges will give players Legendary Modules, Perk Cards, Repair Kits, the Pink Mechanic Jumpsuit, Rose Tinted Glasses, and the Pink Fireplace.

Following the Burning Love event's conclusion on February 13, Fallout 76 will launch its next event, Fasnacht Day, which runs until February 27. Back in December, Fallout 76 revealed a new map expansion that will be released in late 2024 and will focus on the Shenandoah region. It seems to be a good time to be a Fallout 76 fan, as there is plenty of new content coming this year.
