Every Genshin Impact 4.7 Character Confirmed (Phase 1 & Phase 2 Banners)

While the game is still moving into the early stages of Version 4.6, the new characters for the 4.7 banners have been officially confirmed by developer HoYoverse, giving players some insight into what to expect from the next patch.
