EVE Online Launcher Replaced With Brand New One

Change is in the air for capsuleers, as the old EVE Online launcher has been replaced by a brand new one in order to deepen the immersion. 

EVE Online has released the launcher that allows players to choose their character right within it, meaning we can get into New Eden faster than we could before. More so, the launcher has a completely different look that the devs are calling “sleek and modern” that makes navigating much easier. 

The new launcher also includes an automatic update system, improvements to both security and performance, as well as new personalization options for everyone. There are now options to customize how players select and launch characters, accounts, or even groups of characters all at once. 

When the original launcher is opened for the first time, players will see an update prompt to download the fresh new launcher. For anyone who has questions about said new launcher, there is an FAW section on the EVE Online website that goes into detail on what players can expect during this change. 

There will be no way to access the original launcher either, as it is being completely deleted as the new one takes its place.
