Embers Adrift Recaps June Updates, Opens Summer Celebration Event With a 50% Off Sale

Embers Adrift has a new state of the game update, along with the start of the Summer Celebration event. Stormhaven Studios is also having a 50% off sale for their MMORPG.

The team goes over everything they added in June. The Dryfoot Fortress dungeon got four new quests, with The foundations lead using new tech that will let the team update these quests and make future quests more robust.  speaking of new tech, the game has now been upgraded to Unity 2022, which will help them with new options like enhanced weather and more room to grow features, environments, and more. 

Another thing you might notice having been upgraded are visual effects and sound effects for all abilities and combat reactions.  This means whenever you take a swing, block and attack, or usabilities, these are fresh effects.  On the quality of life front, health regen has been overhauled and you will now regenerate some health even while you are in combat.  If you progress and  end up with a larger health pool, this cuts down on your wait time so you don't have to stop so often. 

They've also added the first city teleport, via the Ley Pylon that must be activated by the communityAnd once reactivated will be available for several days. The community has been gathering to make sure that every time it needs to be recalibrated and activated again, it happens.

Meanwhile, today launches this Summer Celebration, with a series of events that includes special GM activities, live streams,  a welcome party, a tour of the Monoliths as a social event, and even an event specifically for new players to get everyone oriented and help others out to get started.
