One of the key aspects of the Soulslike genre is some form of healing that functions on charges that can only be refiled at a rest point, serving as a tangible counter for the number of mistakes allowed in a run. It's certainly an effective means of challenging The Tarnished in, but sometimes a helping hand is necessary.

Published to Nexus Mods by creator Sereenaty, the very simple mod simply adds an auto-regeneration function to the game which causes The Tarnished to constantly regain both Health Points and Focus Points. It's a small adjustment that doesn't necessarily make the game a walk in the path but can provide an edge during some of the tougher boss encounters. Players who aren't careful will still die to enemies that are able to stack multiple hits into a comb, but evading the attacks or defending appropriately should grant enough time to refill the health bar.
