Dragon's Dogma 2 Player Discovers Helpful Trick After 80 Hours

One Dragon's Dogma 2 player has found a clever trick to handle wolves that can sometimes be very frustrating to deal with. Wolves in Dragon's Dogma 2 are greedy animals often found roaming in the woods. They move faster than many other enemies, hunt in packs, and lunge at players to bite them. Like Goblins and Ogres, these regular mobs are weak against fire elemental attacks.

There are a number of vile creatures in Dragon's Dogma 2, including Cyclops, Golems, and Chimeras, which give players a real combat challenge. They have their own method of attack; for example, Saurians swing their spear-like weapons to deal damage while Golems fire laser beams at players from a distance. These enemies drop materials that can be used to enhance items in weapon and armor shops. Performing a specific elemental attack, Dragon's Dogma 2 players can beat them faster than usual.

After 80 hours of playthrough, one Dragon's Dogma 2 player known on Twitter as Prizzaa has discovered a trick that helps them distract wolves. As seen in the clip, when the player drops one piece of meat on the ground, wolves stop attacking them to chow it down. While these greedy animals enjoy their meal, the Arisen take a few steps back and burn them with High Salamander, one of the skills players can unlock by leveling up Dragon's Dogma 2's Sorcerer Vocation.

Dragon's Dogma 2 players who want to clear wolves faster can use this helpful trick to catch them off-guard. As seen in the clip above, it allows Sorcerers to position themselves in combat and cast their unique spells without being interrupted.

Players who unlock this advanced Magick class gain access to unique spells that deal massive AoE damage.
