Destiny 2: The Final Shape - Iconoclasm Mission Walkthrough

This will show you how to use them to overcome poison and keep a buff active for a given amount of time. Using them willget you past the orange-yellow barrier blocking your way. This part should be fairly straightforward as the game guides you through it.

After you have placed a rally point and continued onward, you will find yourself in a very orange-yellow room that is filled with enemies. Take them all out and shoot the splinter floating in the air. This will spawn more dark nodes. You need to use them to get the buff and go down a hole into the floor below.

Pay attention to the symbols that drop when the Knights are killed, as these represent the circles you need to stand in to summon the boss.
