Destiny 2 and Mass Effect Collaboration Brings Free and Premium Normandy Crew-Inspired Goodies

Today’s the day when Destiny 2 and EA’s Mass Effect collaboration begins, bringing cosmetics and in-game goodies inspired by the Normandy crew.

A free bundle is available to all to claim now. The Alliance Acquisitions Bundle will grant the Enhanced Defense Ghost Shell, Alliance Scout Frigate ship, and Alliance Drop Ship Sparrow. There are Normandy crew armor ornament sets available in the shop. Of course, there’s one for Commander Shepard with N7 detailing for Titans. The other available sets are the Vakarian set for Hunters, inspired by everyone’s favorite turian sniper, and the Liara-inspired Shadow Broker set for Warlocks.

Other goodies you can get your hands on in the collaboration event include the Omni Strike finisher and the Flux Dance emote. Smoothese dance moves in the galaxy, guaranteed.

This collaboration begins today and offers some fun new ways to engage in Destiny 2. Bungie will continue with events and new content to bridge the gap untilthe June 4th release of The Final Shape. With that expansion delayed to its current date, the team promised that there would be some additional content set in between. Next month, the Guardian Games return. In April, we’ll see the interim update, “Into the Light”, which is going to set everyone up for the expansion, which will bring the decade-long War of Light and Darkness to a close.

See more over at Destiny 2.
