Dark and Darker Mobile Reveals New Sidekick Feature

Dark and Darker Mobile has released a brand-new trailer confirming some of the game's platform-specific features. Dark and Darker Mobile is the mobile version of the viral hit fantasy multiplayer game Dark and Darker. Dark and Darker has been hotly anticipated since its initial early access launch last year, and Dark and Darker Mobile should go a long way in introducing even more players to the unique extraction game.

Whereas the PC Dark and Darker game is developed by Ironmace, Dark and Darker Mobile development is being handled by Bluehole Studio. Dark and Darker Mobile was first announced by Krafton last year, with plans to release the game at some point in 2024. Dark and Darker Mobile still lacks a solid release date, but now fans have a better idea of what to expect from the mobile offering in terms of how it will stand out from its console counterpart.

Dark and Darker Mobile retains the core gameplay of the original game in that it is a multiplayer extraction RPG where players contend with a mix of computer-controlled foes and other players. Dark and Darker Mobile features high-level endgame dungeons with special rewards, PvE and PvP specific dungeons that give players choice in how they want to play, and a mobile-exclusive Sidekick system that lets players team up with AI-controlled companions that can be leveled up.

Whenever Dark and Darker Mobile comes out, the first things players will get to do is create their character and select their class. Players will be able to choose from Fighter, Barbarian, Rogue, Ranger, or Cleric classes, each with their own skills. Two active skills can be equipped at any given time, with more passive skills available as players level up. Dark and Dark Mobile players can get advantages by collecting more powerful gear and buying equipment from merchants.
