Apapes Lightroot Location In Zelda: TOTK

Figuring out how to get to the Apapes Lightroot in can be quite tricky. It's located in a blocked-off area of the Depths and can't be accessed by simply traveling through this lower-tier area of the map. Instead, you'll need to travel to a specific entrance near Hyrule Castle and then make it past the fearsome enemy that guards it.

Lightroots are the lifeblood of 's terrifying Depths, as they brighten up the darkness and act as fast travel points to help Link get around the game's massive map. While many of these Lightroots can be found by simply wandering around, some of them are a little more difficult to reach. Jump off the edge of the cliff, deploy Link's glider, turn around, and look for an opening in the cliffside. The current is strong here, so glide inside or dash through the water. You'll discover a new location called Hyrule Castle Moat East Chasm.

Now that you've made it inside Hyrule Castle Moat East Chasm, it's time to dive down into the Depths. Keep diving until the red Gloom that surrounds you starts to disappear, then deploy Link's glider. You should be able to spot a faintly glowing orange bulb in the distance, which is the Apapes Lightroot. Make your way towards
