A Diablo 4 Sorcerer hotfix is coming in Season 4

A Blizzard employee has publicly acknowledged that a hotfix for the Sorcerer class in Diablo 4 is in the works.

Adam Fletcher, the game’s Global Community Development Director, responded to a tweet from a player late on Thursday to confirm that fixes for “existing bugs” relating to the well-received ARPG’s spell-slinging class could arrive with the game’s next hotfix.

The surprise announcement comes after a player suggested that “damage is way too low…” for the class—a common complaint since the game’s launch early last year—and that modifiers like “Stormwell and other aspects” were potentially not having their effects applied.

The tweet goes a way to confirm that things are being looked into, but players of the class are still non-the-wiser about when fixes might arrive, or what exactly they’ll
