10 Easy Zelda: TOTK Builds That Makes Traveling Hyrule So Much Faster

Builds in have different uses and can make gameplay a lot easier. Link can use different builds to fly, battle enemies, pick up items and explore areas. With a lot of builds coming across as difficult, sometimes the basics are better — and some of the easy builds are the best. Whether it is traveling on land, in the skies, or through water — there is a build for each type of travel. Builds can be altered by adding items, but creating a simple build for travel is easier than players may think.

The builds in this list all use materials which are easy to come by, making it easy for players at any stage in the game. Most builds use Zonai Devices, which can be found throughout Hyrule, and are powered by Energy Cells. These devices are used in combat, for creating objects, for exploration, or simply for fun. If Link has the Autobuild ability in , builds can be saved and recreated with ease at a later time. Builds are put together by using the Ultrahand ability, so players must have that before building.

One of the quickest ways to navigate Hyrule, especially on rough terrain, is by car or truck. For the base, Link will need a large platform which can be wood or stone – which can be easily found throughout the game. Then, attach four Zonai Wheels or Big Wheels onto each corner of the base. Add a Steering Stick at the center to give Link control of the car. It’s quick, easy, and is entirely built out of readily available materials. This is also great for carrying large items, or when helping a Korok reunite with its friend.

Sometimes, large bodies of water need to be crossed in order to reach Koroks and collect Korok Seeds, get to Shrines, or to reach other items in areas. If there's a need to cross a large body of water quickly, a boat is perfect. The materials are simple and easy to find, and will make carrying items across the seas a lot simpler.
