As reported on by my fellow PC Gamer writer Tyler Colp yesterday, Delves, which are World of Warcraft's new type of pseudo-dungeon content designed to be completed with one to three players, have been having a scaling problem recently.
Delves are World of Warcraft's new mini dungeons that can be done solo, and they reward some of the best loot in The War Within's first season. But players have found that they're exponentially harder alone than with a group, which has squashed the hope that they would be a new solo alternative to normal endgame activities like raids and Mythic+ dungeons.

Season 1 of World of Warcraft: The War Within starts tomorrow, which introduces a new Mythic+ season, Raiding and PvP, to engage in and try to bring up your rankings. This season is the first of the new expansion, meaning players will experience some new dungeons to join the game in a Mythic+ setting with Mythic affixes.
brings a lot of great content to the game, making it feel fresh even after it's been out for two decades. Overall, I loved this expansion, and it brought the game as a whole into a state where I enjoy logging on and going through content, which is something I've been waiting well over a decade for. But I hate the state of the Horde and the way the faction ends up being used, or forgotten, as it seemed to be this time.
