I figure, «I know what they're all about, I've played Oblivion for a million hours, nothing here can surprise me.» Well color me surprised, the team's latest development diary really got me going. Skyblivion is going to do things with Cyrodiil's Ayleid ruins and Skyrim's UI that have me giddy as a longtime Oblivion sicko.

Borderlands film goes from disaster to farce as the guy who rigged Claptrap says neither he nor the model artist are credited

The reception to the Borderlands movie has me almost nostalgic, reminiscing about the days when videogame tie-ins were reliably terrible rather than half-decent. The short version is that people hate it: the longer version is that they really, really hate it. Words such as «lifeless», «obnoxious» and «baffling» hover around it, and the only good news is that a single positive review has lifted the film's Rotten Tomatoes score from 0% to 3%.

Skywind, the ambitious mod remaking Morrowind in Skyrim, has over 3,000 characters—three times as many as the original Skyrim

I know Fallout is the big topic of conversation when it comes to Bethesda these days, but let's pull our eyes away from that flickering Radiation King and focus on The Elder Scrolls for a moment. It'll be quite a while before we see The Elder Scrolls 6, but in the meantime we've been eagerly anticipating the rebirth of one of the earlier TES games: Morrowind.

Julia Garner of Ozark and The Americans fame is joining the MCU Fantastic Four reboot movie as the Silver Surfer, according to a report from Deadline. But rather than playing the original Silver Surfer, Norrin Radd, she'll reportedly be playing a version of the character based on Shalla-Bal, Norrin Radd's lover and the ruler of the planet Zenn-La.
